Family Support Waiver Workshop

Indiana’s Family Support Waiver (FSW). This workshop will provide essential
information about the services covered under the waiver, including respite care,
behavioral support, therapies, and assistive technology. We will also walk you through
the application process, covering eligibility requirements, necessary documentation,
and submission steps. Additionally, we will discuss what happens after being targeted
for the waiver, including service plan development, provider selection, and how to
begin receiving support. Whether you are new to the waiver process or need guidance
on next steps, this session will equip you with the knowledge and resources needed to
access critical services. Parents, caregivers, self-advocates, and professionals are all
encouraged to attend.
