Led by a fellow autism mom and community advocate, From Burnout to Balance explores realistic, sustainable self-care strategies that acknowledge the unique challenges of caregiving. This is not about perfection or performance—it’s about permission to prioritize yourself, even in small ways.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and equipped with tools to navigate the daily demands of motherhood without losing yourself in the process.
In this session, participants will learn how to:
- Recognize the signs of caregiver burnout—and what to do about it
- Practice nervous system regulation techniques for stress relief in real time
- Identify the “non-negotiables” for personal wellness (sleep, food, boundaries, etc.)
- Create a simple, personalized self-care plan that fits their life
- Set and protect boundaries without guilt
- Incorporate mindfulness and micro-moments of rest during busy days
- Shift from survival mode to a rhythm of care, connection, and resilience
