Action Alert: #SaveMedicaid Call-In Day
**This message is from the Autism Society of America
Today the Autism Society of America is uniting with our Consortium for Citizens with Disabilities coalition partners for a National Call-In Day to #SaveMedicaid.
Now that senators are back in Washington from recess, plans are underway to present a revised Better Care Reconciliation Act (BCRA) to the floor for a vote as early as next week. We fully expect that any revisions to the bill will still include steep Medicaid cuts. It is critical that the Senate continue to hear that any bill with cuts and caps to Medicaid is unacceptable.
Join people with disabilities, families, and advocates around the country today to ensure Senate office phones are ringing off the hook with opposition to the BCRA.
Please contact your senators today to urge them to oppose devastating Medicaid cuts and to vote NO on the BCRA. Call the U.S. Capitol switchboard (202-224-3121) or search the Congressional Directory to reach your senators. Use our toolkit for suggested messaging and additional information.
